Krsna is herewith explaining –what is intelligence. Everyone has their perception of what an intelligent man is. Amongst thieves the best thief is intelligent. Amongst businessmen the shrewdest businessman is considered intelligent. Amongst doctors the most experienced doctor is considered intelligent. Amongst politicians the person who can somehow or the other tell the most lies to get the most wealth is considered intelligent. In this way everyone has their idea of intelligence.
